Simran Design Ltd is a Leicester-based commercial interior design studio specialising in workspaces, hospitality, and wellness projects. Simran has grown the studio from the ground up – designing everything from salons and restaurants to international offices in Dubai.
In her talk, Simran will share the realities of starting young, navigating challenges as a South Asian woman in the industry, and the mix of determination and serendipity that shaped her path. Expect insights on building a business from scratch, creating opportunities, the importance of representation in design, and how thoughtful interiors can transform a company’s brand identity and performance.
