Vee and Fin will share their journey into building NEU Wellbeing, combining leadership experience, lived experience and real-world delivery across businesses and organisations. Rather than focusing on theory or “nice-to-have” wellbeing initiatives, the talk looks at what genuinely works in workplaces – and why.
Drawing on evidence, business data and practical examples, the session challenges common myths around workplace wellbeing and highlights the real cost of getting it wrong. Attendees will hear how small, targeted changes – when done well – can reduce pressure, improve engagement and support performance without increasing workload for managers or HR teams.
