Rachel has been named one of the Standout 45 in the Innovate Finance Women in Finance Powerlist, won the GP Bullhound Northern Star Tech Award for Innovation, graduated from both the Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Lab and JP Morgan Fintech Forward programmes, and in 2025 led Inicio AI to be named KPMG UK Tech Innovator.
