This free 2-day workshop is aimed at managers and team leaders and is open to any small to medium sized business based in Leicester and Leicestershire.
Day 1: 9.30 – 5pm Thursday 26 February 2015
Day 2: 9.30 – 5pm Thursday 19 March 2015
Between the two dates, there is an expectation that delegates will undertake 2 hours a week of independent study.
Both dates will be held at LCB Depot.
Credits earned for successful completion will count towards an ILM in Leadership and Management qualification.
