Ok, we’re not going to actually be turning you into Optimus Prime (like these kids), but we will be discussing how you can take your existing creative business/expertise and transform it into a passive income machine.
We’ll be hosting a fireside chat and Q&A with a panel of local founders, who’ve done what we all dream of doing – stop selling our limited time and build products and sell them multiple times.

Jim Shields, the Director production company Twist & Shout Communications. Jim went from running a regular videographer agency to inventing a brand new format- the corporate comms sitcom! He now sells these hugely popular series on subjects like data security to some of the world’s biggest brands. He sold the business to a US firm a couple of years ago but remains at the company.
Laura Elizabeth, founder, mother and podcaster! Laura used to be a freelance graphic designer and now runs Client Portal, a client-friendly way to keep your projects organised and Design Academy, a course which helps developers conquer their fears of design. She’s also just started ‘The non-tech founders’ podcast’, where she talks about navigating the world of entrepreneurship, bootstrapping and beyond.
