Food by
ParmStar
Parm Star is the first street food trader to successfully take the legendary Teeside Parmo nationwide. The dish consists of a fried chicken fillet, topped with creamy béchamel sauce and a blend of melted Cheddar. It’s literally the cheesiest thing to come out of the north and Parm Star serve it in a fresh brioche bun for good measure.
“This year on Masterchef they said the parmo is ‘the next big thing’.
Canoodle
One of Canteens favourite traders! Back once again is one of Birmingham’s original street food traders, having started in the 90s with the Happy Noodle Company, Canoodle specialise in Pan-Asian food and they do it brilliantly! They will always have something new to tempt your tastebuds along with their old favourites you all love. Everything at Canoodle is made from scratch without resorting to any bought-in curry pastes or sauces, so you can be sure you will receive high quality restaurant standard food, whatever you choose. All of Canoodles curries are dairy, gluten and nut free.

They serve the likes of the “Slumdog” which is a curry topped dog and the “MacDaddy” which is a mac and cheese topped dog. Their buns are freshly baked for each event, and as trained chefs they pride themselves on quality. We welcome back Big Daddies Diner!
