CANOPY CAFE TENDER
Opening in Summer-2025, CANOPY will be situated on King Street in Leicester and is a redevelopment of the former Pilot House location. The site lies just to the south of the City Centre. This is a an opportunity, at a key city centre location, to create a distinctive café, kitchen, restaurant as part of Leicester’s newest creative industries workspace.

Closing date for submissions is February 28th, 2025. Site visits by arrangement will be available on the 30th January and 6th, 13th, and 20th of February if you’re interested in viewing the space.
Currently we have a range of workspace options for creative businesses across three sites – LCB Depot, Phoenix Square and Makers’ Yard.
We are also taking enquiries for our new workspace – Canopy – due to open Summer 2025.
