- Ann Stanley: Ann Stanley is the founder of the award-winning digital marketing agency Anicca, a leader in the field of AI-driven marketing and the use of digital agents. With decades of experience at the forefront of digital innovation, Ann has built a reputation for helping organisations stay ahead of rapid technological change by adopting practical, results-focused strategies. Her work centres on guiding businesses through the evolving digital landscape, from integrating AI tools to transforming internal processes for greater efficiency and scale. At the event, Ann will share her expert insights on how companies can prepare for the digital future, harness emerging technologies and leverage AI to unlock new opportunities for exponential growth.
- Stacey Ferguson-Czersovki: With over 20 years in the wedding and hospitality industry, Stacey Ferguson-Czersovski has gone from running venues to building The Venue Experts, one of the UK’s leading agencies for venue sales and marketing. She is now driving innovation through immersive tech and AI with The Venue Verse. A mother of three and a keen martial artist, Stacey’s mission is to empower women through confidence, innovation, and courage. She also serves on the board of The Star Trust, a group of entrepreneurs who give back and raise funds for charities across the East Midlands.
- Glynis Wright MBE: Dr Glynis Wright MBE is a multi-award-winning lawyer, entrepreneur and public speaker who retrained at 40 and went on to build and sell her own successful law firm. In 2024 she launched her latest venture, The Alternative Divorce Company, which has already been featured in the Guardian. She is a former President of the Leicestershire Law Society, received an MBE in 2020 and an Honorary Doctorate in 2023, and has since been admitted to the Worshipful Company of Entrepreneurs and granted the Freedom of the City of London. Dr Wright also serves on the Supreme Council of the University of Leicester and is an Entrepreneur in Residence at its College of Business.
- Tania Gerrard – Tania Gerard is the founder of Tania Gerard Digital UK, a mission-led consultancy specialising in Accessible Marketing and Neurodiversity, working with organisations such as the NHS, Greene King, Swim England, Rainbows, APCO Worldwide and Help for Heroes. A TEDx speaker, ADHD UK Ambassador and host of the ADHD Founders Unfiltered podcast, she has built a multi–award-winning company and is recognised as a leading voice in accessibility, proving that businesses which prioritise inclusion grow stronger and more profitable.

The 51% Club is a free-to-join community for ambitious female founders ready to scale their businesses and unlock their full potential. We are building a national movement committed to supporting women entrepreneurs across the UK. Our community is open to all founders who identify as female, regardless of sector, welcoming everyone from creatives and solopreneurs through to established CEOs and exited founders. We deliver tangible support through our core pillars of Education, Community, and Opportunity, aiming to change the fact that an estimated £250 billion is currently left on the table due to women not starting and scaling at the same rate as men.
