LCB Workspace has grown steadily since its inception with LCB Depot in 2004. Since then we have expanded across 3 sites to provide workspace for creative businesses and individual practitioners across the creative industries spectrum: Design Architecture Film Photography Textiles Fashion and Tech.
This has enabled us to build relationships with businesses both our tenants and across the city, Higher Education, agencies and key brands.
This in turn has enabled us to develop a busy events programme working with partners drawn from the above to become the city’s Creative Industries Hub – a key workspace provider and venue and an advocate the for the sector and its potential to the city.
