On show in Lightbox and other exhibition spaces at LCB Depot, with events each Friday in January and at Easy Saturday family day on 11th January:

Works include largescale photographs that challenge heteronormativity, sculpted breasts that balance precariously, imaginative and mythological paintings as well as portraiture and finely detailed etchings. There’s also the opportunity to purchase original art works.

‘Create Your Own Reality!’ – a virtual reality workshop
Friday 24 January 6-8pm

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to discover the magic of painting in 3D in a
2 hour virtual reality workshop using 3D painting software.

Artist Martin Cibik’s work involves digital media and virtual reality. His love of dreams and different states of consciousness led him to explore the multiple realms of virtual reality.

Workshop fee is £5 per person

Live painting in response to the exhibition by students Holly and Laura (below)

Holly paints different versions of reality, combining graphic qualities with more traditional painting technique.

Laura paints large scale figural works with an emphasis on portraiture, in bold colours, reflecting on what we see in the news.
